What is the difference between subscription & registration?

 

Anyone can register for a free account with SupportMinds. With this free account you can access SupportMinds Forum. This is called Registration.

 

To become a subscriber with SupportMinds to get your PC related problems resolved you must subscribe with us.

 

To subscribe, you need an account with us and you need to pay for the plan or the service that suits you the best from your dashboard. This is called Subscription.

How do I renew my subscription?

 

You have the option to renew your current subscription at anytime. You can choose to renew your current subscription or select a new plan. To renew your subscription:

 

  • Click on My Account on the homepage and login to your dashboard.
  • Visit the Subscription page under Manage your account.
  • Click on renew and select the plan that you wish to subscribe for.
  • Make the payment.

     

The renewal plan will be active from the date your previous plan expires.

 

What is the Refund process?

 

You have the option to unsubscribe and get a refund for your subscribed plan.

Your account becomes inactive once unsubscribe request is received.

Refund will be credited to the credit card used at the time of subscription.

What is a case?

 

Any problem that you face with your PC or its connected devices is a Case.

Every case duration is valid for 7 days. After we resolve your problem, you can call us back for the same problem anytime within 7 days and we will resolve it FREE.

 

How do I log a problem through my dashboard?

 

You can log your PC & related product problems from your dashboard. Login to your dashboard and select 'Create Case'. Give us a brief explanation of your network setup and the problem that you are facing. Submit the case. Our engineers will respond back to this case within 2 working days.
