Changing your Printer Settings
Now that you have your printer configured and working with the default
settings by Windows, at any point of time if you want to change the settings,
to make your printer print differently, here’s how:
- Click on Start and go to Printers
and Faxes.
- In the window that opens, if you have more than one printer in your
network, you can identify the default printer by the small check-mark
against it.
- To change your printing preferences, you can right-click on the printer
icon and select Printing preferences.
You can even set a different printer as you default printer. Just right-click
on the printer you want to set as default and select the Set
as default printer option.
You now have a new printer configured for use.
