I want to print labels from Word

Word makes it easy for you to create and print those little labels you want. You can either print just one label or a set of labels all addressed exactly the same way.

  • Create your label content in MS Word
  • In the Tools menu, navigate to the Envelopes and Labels optionand click on it.
  • In the Envelopes and Labels window, click on the Labels tab.

  • In the labels window, click on the Options button. In the Label Options window, set the Tray to Automatically Select option.
  • If you are familiar with the whole set up, in the Tray, select the Manual feed option. Go ahead and select your label product and your label product number from the options listed.
  • Click on Ok.

  • Type the address that you want on the label in the Address box.
  • You can change the font by Right clicking on the selected text and selecting Font.
  • In the Print option, select whether you want a Full page of the same label or a Single Label.
  • Click on Print.
