2 Our customer service process |

When a customer calls us for service, our Welcome center takes the
customer to the registration page on the website. If he has been referred
through a partner, the ID code is entered in our registration/payment gateway
page along with details of customer name, email id, type of subscription etc.

We accept payments only by credit card. The customer enters
details of his credit card through the secure payment gateway himself. Our
employees do not ask or take any credit card numbers over the phone. |

Once the credit card payment has been confirmed, the customer is
transferred to our service engineers. |

All details of the customer which are recorded on the registration
page are captured in a centralized database from where it is transferred to the
partner's service dashboard. |
