How it works?

Registering your company with SupportMinds: You can register as the Account Owner with your e-mail id. Identify 2 users you would like to give full administration rights to as a back up. Select the Plan that suits you best and put down your credit card details and subscribe. Fill up the Support Policy document to complete the subscription process.

Letting your associates know: On successful subscription an e-mail with the Account Information and SMB Code will be sent out to you. You can invite your associates to register with SupportMinds using your SMB Code. Each new account user will have his own user name and password.

Making a support call: Any of the users of the SMB account can call SupportMinds help desk at 1-888-438-9113 for Support. SupportMinds support services will include only what has been defined in the Support Policy by the Account owner at the time of subscription.
