a.Partners will have access to online and offline sales tools that will assist in promoting SupportMinds including presentations, online service demos, sales collaterals such as cds, fliers and box inserts.

c. The partner will have access to an Account Manager to assist him in managing all details of his account.

We provide a range of activities including joint participation in events and tradeshows, providing marketing collateral such as banner ads, online link exchanges and use of logo for co-branding, e mail campaigns and collaborative promotional activities such as direct mailers.

How it works

1. Unique Supportminds Partner ID number

a. All our partners are given a unique Supportminds Partner ID number

b. When you refer a customer to us, tell them to use your partner ID

c. The Partner ID will be printed on all promotional material such as emails and flyers and box inserts sent to your customers

d. If you want to refer customers through your website, your partner Id will be custom linked to any banners or advertisements that we provide you for promoting our services.This will track any customers who contact us through your website

e. You can use the partner ID in any promotional methods such as word of mouth, email, newsletters etc.

2 Our customer service process

a. When a customer calls us for service, our Welcome center takes the customer to the registration page on the website. If he has been referred through a partner, the ID code is entered in our registration/payment gateway page along with details of customer name, email id, type of subscription etc. Click here to view our registration page.

b. We accept payments only by credit card. The customer enters details of his credit card through the secure payment gateway himself. Our employees do not ask or take any credit card numbers over the phone.

c. Once the credit card payment has been confirmed, the customer is transferred to our service engineers.

d. All details of the customer which are recorded on the registration page are captured in a centralized database from where it is transferred to the partner’s service dashboard.
